Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years in a customer service role
experience handling cash and conducting monetary transactions
parking industry experience preferred but not required
previous experience working in outdoor and extreme weather conditions preferred
flexible event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25-30 pounds
able to work outside in varying weather conditions
able to continuously stand for extended periods and walk between cashier posts
must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Qualifications

Ability to learn and confidently use mobile POS devices and applications
strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments and recording transactions
professionalism and strong customer service skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments
clear verbal communication skills
reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing event demands
previous event, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
bilingual abilities are a plus

Job Duties

Process parking transactions quickly and accurately using mobile POS devices
handle cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallet payments in compliance with company procedures
balance and reconcile a cash drawer/shift bank
complete receipts and discrepancy logs with accuracy
deliver professional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and escalating issues as needed
assist with event traffic flow including setting up cones/signage and directing guests
ensure devices are charged, logged in/out properly, and report connectivity or hardware issues
follow cash-handling and audit procedures to prevent loss and ensure compliance
maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and incident-reporting rules
perform other duties as assigned to support smooth event operations
