Job Requirements

Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
Food Handler Certification required
Strong cash handling skills
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays

Job Duties

Act with integrity, honesty and promote the culture, values and mission of Wingstop
Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
