Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
cash handling experience preferred
strong communication skills
physical ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift or push objects over 10 lbs
ability to follow safety and operational procedures
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ability to lift or push objects weighing over 10 lbs
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
ability to converse comfortably with customers

Job Duties

Operate a cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
accurately count and provide change to customers as required
follow all HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in unit
clean and stock work area
assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions
operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing to support transaction processing
