Job Requirements
- Food Handler Certification required
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- Strong cash handling skills
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Wingstop’s culture, values, and mission
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner both in person and by phone
- Place and upsell orders while maintaining knowledge of menu items, sauces, and promotions
- Monitor order readiness times and verify accuracy and presentation before delivery
- Process transactions accurately including cash, credit card, and gift cards, and balance the register at the end of the shift
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the front of house and restrooms
- Practice safe food handling and promote workplace safety
- Maintain professional appearance according to uniform standards
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Leave guests with a positive, lasting impression of their Wingstop experience
