Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in customer service or cashier role is an asset

proficiency with POS systems

knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial

Job Duties

welcome guests and provide friendly service
ensure accuracy of guest orders
operate the POS system proficiently
maintain accuracy of the cash drawer
communicate effectively with guests and handle concerns professionally
keep work area organized, stocked, and sanitary
participate in fundraising initiatives for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
assist with food preparation and cleaning as directed
adhere to food and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
lift up to 50 pounds as needed
