Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile
  • promote a fun and positive work environment
  • work effectively as a team with cooks and managers in a busy restaurant
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items to make meal suggestions and answer questions
  • verify each guest order for accuracy and manage to-go orders
  • process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures

  • adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guests to complete surveys
  • maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area, and restrooms
  • follow company cash policies to minimize losses
  • upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions

  • foster a safe work environment by following safety and security standards
  • communicate effectively and demonstrate integrity at all times
