Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Food Handler Certification required
Ability to learn quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain regular and consistent attendance

Job Qualifications

Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
Food Handler Certification required
Strong cash handling skills
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays

Job Duties

Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge promoting the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery
Accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance the register at end of shift
Assist in maintaining a clean workplace including Front of House and restrooms
Practice safe food handling procedures by following safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to company Uniform Standards
Receive and handle guest complaints, escalating to manager if necessary
Leave guests with a positive long-lasting impression of their Wingstop experience
