Job Requirements

  • Cashier and restaurant experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
  • Food Handler Certification required
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
  • Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
  • upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
  • Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
  • Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
  • Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
