Job Duties

  • Greet, engage and assist customers actively
  • Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle various payment tenders and loyalty offers
  • Adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted sales, and loss prevention
  • Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies on coupons, gift cards, and postage stamps
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and safety procedures
  • Create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions and supporting special needs individuals
  • Follow all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced environments while managing conflicts reasonably
  • Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues
