Job Duties
- Take customer food orders
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale terminal and process payments accurately
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- Monitor tables regularly for guest needs and service opportunities
- Set up and maintain game room prize displays
- Pre-bus tables during and after guest visits
- Wipe down and clean chairs, booths, and highchairs
- Monitor FOH areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH stations
- Assist other BOH and FOH stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
