Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights
Good communication skills
Must be personable and enthusiastic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and team player
Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple FOH stations

Job Duties

Take customer food orders
Enter orders into the point-of-sale terminal and process payments accurately
Provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
Monitor tables regularly for guest needs and service opportunities
Set up and maintain game room prize displays
Pre-bus tables during and after guest visits
Wipe down and clean chairs, booths, and highchairs
Monitor FOH areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance
Sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH stations
Assist other BOH and FOH stations
Perform all other duties as assigned
