Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to follow attendance and uniform policies
- ability to maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn and use POS systems
- strong attention to detail
- previous customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- utilize tools to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
- bus tables and maintain cleanliness
- restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
- handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies
- accurately make change and reconcile cash drawer
- follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
