Cashier

Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at a retail establishment. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area, seek product/project knowledge to assist customers, and follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier leads and supports Cashiers, expediting price checks, approving transactions, and providing customer support. They also assist in training and coaching other Front End Associates.
