Job Description
A retail company is seeking a Head Cashier to lead the front-end team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient checkout operations. The Head Cashier will oversee Cashiers, expedite price checks, approve transactions, and assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution. Additionally, they will participate in training and developing new Cashiers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of Cashier experience preferred
- knowledge of retail operations and point of sale systems
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
