Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service, processing transactions, monitoring the Self-Checkout area, seeking product knowledge, and minimizing shrink. A Head Cashier position involves supporting Cashiers, expediting price checks, approving transactions, providing customer assistance, and assisting in the training and supervision of Front End Associates.
