Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and frequently lift up to 20 pounds
Compliance with uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
Willingness to follow company attendance policy including timely arrival and call off procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately with a friendly greeting
Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and learn menu and daily specials
Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies
Accurately make change for cash-paying guests and reconcile cash drawer after meals
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
