Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain food handler certification promptly upon hire
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced team environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
Flexible availability to work full-time or part-time hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Obtain food handler certification promptly upon hire adhering to EPL policy and state regulations
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures, including preparation and assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa, dressing and condiment packing
Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
