Job Requirements
- Two plus years of sales and business development experience
- Ability to work independently and set personal goals
- Availability to work primarily during weekday business hours
- Access to a quiet workspace suitable for phone and video calls
- Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Strong motivation to work from home successfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven ability to manage full client desks independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule
- Experience in client-facing roles requiring problem-solving and quick thinking
- Proficient with email and video conferencing tools
- Demonstrated ability to create reports and analyze campaign performance
Job Duties
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients providing feedback to internal teams
- Identify trending topics in each client’s industry and tailor campaign content accordingly
- Create quarterly reports illustrating campaign results and suggest improvements
- Strengthen client campaigns through strategic insights without mandatory upselling
- Respond to client emails and participate actively in client calls
- Onboard new clients ensuring smooth integration into our platform
- Maintain regular check-ins with clients and manage relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
