Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients providing feedback to internal teams
  • Identify trending topics in each client’s industry and tailor campaign content accordingly
  • Create quarterly reports illustrating campaign results and suggest improvements
  • Strengthen client campaigns through strategic insights without mandatory upselling
  • Respond to client emails and participate actively in client calls
  • Onboard new clients ensuring smooth integration into our platform
