Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Must be able to lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
Customer service experience is an advantage

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality meals that reflect the local culinary scene
Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
Receive payment from customers and process change
Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as various food items
Maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the day
Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
