Job Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent menu and product knowledge
Accountable for accuracy of guest orders
Effective communication skills with guests
Proficient use of POS system
Accuracy in managing cash drawer

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Accurately take and input guest orders using the POS system
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer and manage transactions
Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
Keep the work area organized, stocked, and sanitary
Assist with food preparation and restaurant cleaning as needed
Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety guidelines
Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as part of job duties
