Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cash handling or cashier duties preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of food safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to military and company policies
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Duties
- Greet customers and answer questions about services and policies
- Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments using point of sale system
- Ensure correct pricing is charged for meals
- Issue receipts and refunds as necessary
- Maintain a clean and well-organized area
- Follow company policies, military procedures, and safety protocols
- Assist customers in need
- Report suspicious activity or loss prevention concerns
- Serve customers with correct portions and menu items
- Clean all table tops, counters, and window sills
- Sweep and mop dining facility floors daily
- Conduct bi-weekly floor waxing
- Refill napkin dispensers, salt and pepper shakers, and condiment dispensers
- Monitor, inspect, clean, and sanitize restrooms
- Wash, peel, scrape, and cut vegetables and fruits
- Prepare simple salads, slice and plate desserts
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to contract requirements
- Clean kitchen floors and equipment daily or as needed
