Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
cash handling and customer service experience preferred
demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
ability to lift or push objects weighing over 10 lbs
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
comfortable conversing with customers

Cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Operate a cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
accurately count and provide change to customers
follow all HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in unit
clean and stock work area
assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions
operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing
