Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Possess good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, and stoop
- Capable of pushing and pulling objects
- Able to lift items overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurant locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable with basic math and transaction handling
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
- Provide expert guidance to customers on menu selections
- Deliver fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Uphold quality service standards throughout the customer experience
