Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
Pushing and Pulling
Lifting overhead
Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Qualifications

Basic English language and professional communication skills
Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
Experience in cash handling or customer service roles preferred
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and manage cash and credit transactions
Accurately balance the register at the end of each shift
Provide expert knowledge of the menu to guide customer selections
Work quickly and efficiently to maintain customer flow
Ensure a clean and organized register area
Collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
Maintain a gracious and positive demeanor while serving guests
