Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Adherence to Smashburger uniform policy
Ability to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Completion of Smashburger training program
Ability to follow company and legal guidelines

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile
Promote a fun and positive work environment
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with cooks and managers
Be knowledgeable of all menu items to make suggestions and answer questions
Verify each guest order for accuracy and handle to-go orders
Process POS transactions and follow cash handling procedures
Visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
Adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guest feedback
Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area, and restrooms
Uphold personal and food safety standards
Follow company cash policies to minimize losses
Upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
Follow order accuracy procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and minimize waste
