Job Duties

Greet and engage customers actively and courteously
Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the POS system
Handle various tenders including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and coupons according to company policy
Adhere to guidelines for restricted sale items and report pricing discrepancies
Follow established procedures for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
Stay updated on current and seasonal promotions and ads
Comply with food safety regulations and company safety programs
Maintain a safe, clean environment and report any unsafe conditions
Provide helpful product information and answer customer inquiries
Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly
Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
