Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
Capability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
Adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Willingness to participate in training and development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Customer service and retail experience desirable
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
Ability to build and maintain positive team relationships
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and transaction processing
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
Handle cash accurately during transactions
Follow company policies for WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco sales
Process voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end
Meet Bottom of the Basket sales goals
Participate in cashier training and comply with store standards
