Job Requirements

- Cashier and restaurant experience a plus

Job Qualifications
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- Food handler certification required
- Strong cash handling skills
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays
Job Duties
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner whether by phone or in person
- Place orders for guests in-person and over the phone
- upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions
- Be knowledgeable on menu offerings, sauce descriptions and promotions to better assist guests in making order recommendations and answering questions
- Monitor that all orders are ready within quoted guest order readiness times
- Verify the accuracy and presentation of all guest orders before delivery to guests to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Strong cash handling skills to accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions and balance of register at end of shift
- Assist in maintaining a clean workplace
- keep Front of House (FOH) clean and stocked
- including restrooms
- Restocking products during periods of downtime or as directed
- Practice safe food handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards
