Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling or cashier experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders
Operate the POS system with proficiency
Manage cash drawer accuracy and handle payments
Communicate effectively with guests to address questions and concerns
Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
Assist with food preparation and cleaning tasks as directed by management
