- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience operating the Square payment system or ability to learn quickly
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise
- Experience operating the Square payment system, or demonstrated ability to learn new point-of-sale technology quickly and efficiently
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for restocking and inventory management tasks
Job Duties
- Operate the Square payment system to efficiently and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges promptly and in accordance with company policies
- Balance the cash register and generate end-of-day financial reports to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Welcome guests with a smile and deliver friendly, immersive assistance to enhance their experience
- Provide clear information about the attraction, pricing, and special offers
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Promote and sell merchandise, add-ons, and upgrades to maximize guest enjoyment and drive revenue
- Inform guests about bundle deals and special promotions to encourage additional purchases
- Monitor merchandise stock levels and promptly report low inventory to management
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales area
- Participate in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of all items
- Support the efficient flow of guests by assisting with queue line management and maintaining a positive atmosphere
