Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
previous customer service experience preferred
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to multitask and remain organized
friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

Interact with guests to ensure a great experience
serve carry-out orders in a friendly and efficient manner
be attentive to guest needs while they wait for their food
provide positive guest interactions at all times
maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
assist with order preparation and packaging
uphold cleanliness and organization in the carry-out area
