Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
Willingness to follow company safety, sanitation, and attendance policies
Maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards
Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the time required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Acknowledge the presence of our guests immediately, with a friendly greeting
Utilize the tools provided to stay organized
Learn menu and daily specials, keeping in close communication with management
Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including all cash, meal plan or swipe, and Cater Trax orders
Accurately make change for all cash-paying guests, maintain proper counts of all transactions, maintain accurate balance in cash drawer at all times, and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
