Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience in a similar quick service style restaurant
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate
Working knowledge of computer point-of-sale systems
Ability to follow instructions and solve problems
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Professional personal conduct and appearance in an upscale club environment

Job Qualifications

One or more years of experience in a similar quick service style restaurant
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work professionally with management staff and other employees
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and effectively present information
Working knowledge of various computer point-of-sale programs
Ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Work as a team player with all club staff
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a working knowledge of all menu items including preparation and presentation
Actively present daily specials to members
Ensure all food and drink items are prepared according to club guidelines before serving
Follow standard food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines
Present checks to members and follow proper billing policies
Stay up to date on upcoming club events
Adhere to rules and regulations in the employee handbook and club policies
Maintain open communication with all team members including back of house
Utilize the 10'-5' rule in all interactions
Address member or guest complaints promptly
Notify management of unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
Perform other duties as assigned by management
