Job Requirements
- Must successfully complete Smashburger training program
- must be 16 years old or older
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- reliable attendance including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to uniform policy
- ability to comply with Smashburger and legal employment regulations
- must provide authorized U.S. work documents

- ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- work effectively with team members, cooks, and managers
- be knowledgeable of all menu items and make suggestions
- verify guest orders for accuracy and process POS transactions
- visit tables after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
- adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guest survey completion
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining and work areas
- communicate well and work collaboratively in a busy environment
- follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
- upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
- ensure order accuracy to enhance guest experience and minimize waste
