able to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong knowledge of menu items and products
ability to use POS systems proficiently
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
accurately process customer orders using the POS system
handle cash and manage the cash drawer with precision
maintain an organized and sanitary work environment
communicate effectively with guests to address questions and concerns
assist with food preparation and cleaning as directed
participate in fundraising initiatives for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
