Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong knowledge of menu items and products
  • ability to use POS systems proficiently
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • accurately process customer orders using the POS system
  • handle cash and manage the cash drawer with precision
  • maintain an organized and sanitary work environment
  • communicate effectively with guests to address questions and concerns
  • assist with food preparation and cleaning as directed
