Job Requirements

minimum age 16 or 18 depending on position and local labor laws
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
reliable transportation to and from work
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
legal authorization to work in the country
ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in restaurant or food service industry is advantageous but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
strong communication and customer service skills
basic math skills for handling transactions
willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
leadership skills for assistant management roles

Job Duties

prepare and cook fresh menu items according to Cafe Rio recipes and standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
operate kitchen and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently
provide friendly and attentive customer service as a cashier or front-line team member
assist with stocking and inventory management
support assistant management with daily operational tasks
contribute to a positive team environment and help train new staff
