Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to stand, walk and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures
Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Duties

Greeting customers with a smile
Taking accurate food orders
Preparing all of McDonald's world-famous food
Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
