Job Duties

Greets guests with a sincere smile making them feel welcome with a positive friendly attitude
Demonstrates company service expectations for dine-in and drive-through guests
Packs orders correctly ensuring order accuracy and fills orders within 60 seconds
Suggests additional items using selling scripts
Collects money accurately counts change and delivers orders while thanking guests and inviting them to return
Maintains all signed meal tickets and coupons
Follows all food safety guidelines ensuring product holding times are observed
Properly rotates and displays products attractively on counters and in display cases
Completes housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized restaurant
Accomplishes all tasks safely
Listens to and follows directions
Responds positively to feedback
Communicates honestly and courteously with guests team members and managers
Communicates positively about the company
Keeps supervisors informed of work-related issues
Works well with team members offering help without being asked
Supports company values goals and work rules
Performs other duties as assigned by managers or shift leaders
