Job Requirements

Must be highly motivated, honest, reliable, and hardworking
flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
able to work evening shifts from 5 p.m. to close and stay until at least 12:30 a.m.
ability to efficiently take guest orders and handle money
maintain a guest-friendly environment with outstanding service
adhere to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
able to work well with others as a team player

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cashier or restaurant experience a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong customer service orientation
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Take and give out orders to kitchen staff
communicate efficiently with crew members and kitchen staff to ensure timely guest orders
balance cash drawers accurately
listen and resolve customer queries
replace food when necessary
provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest
maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the store
assist team members in maintaining store operations
