Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to stand and walk quickly for periods up to four hours
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must possess excellent guest relations skills
- Prior customer service and restaurant experience recommended
Job Duties
- Provide quick and efficient service to guests
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
- Answer questions and make menu suggestions
- Ring orders into POS system accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks
- Assemble and package food and beverage orders ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Collect payments and make change promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, tables, and condiment stations
