Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is advantageous
  • Proficient use of point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated team player attitude
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant
  • Process customer orders accurately using the POS system
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
  • Ensure the accuracy of the cash drawer at the end of shifts
  • Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment
  • Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
  • Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as required by management
