Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile and welcome them warmly
  • promote a fun and positive work environment
  • work effectively with team members and communicate with cooks and managers
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items to suggest meals and answer questions
  • verify guest orders for accuracy and handle point-of-sale transactions
  • visit tables post-service to ensure guest satisfaction and provide refills or condiments
  • adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guest feedback
  • maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area, and restrooms
  • follow personal and food safety and security standards
  • uphold company cash handling policies
  • upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
  • follow order accuracy procedures to minimize waste
