Job Requirements

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- availability to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- successful completion of Smashburger training program

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and welcome them warmly
- promote a fun and positive work environment
- work effectively with team members and communicate with cooks and managers
- be knowledgeable of all menu items to suggest meals and answer questions
- verify guest orders for accuracy and handle point-of-sale transactions
- visit tables post-service to ensure guest satisfaction and provide refills or condiments
- adhere to marketing promotions and encourage guest feedback
- maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, dining area, and restrooms
- follow personal and food safety and security standards
- uphold company cash handling policies
- upsell food items through thoughtful suggestions
- follow order accuracy procedures to minimize waste
