Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to move throughout the store
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with a ladder or similar equipment
Must meet federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment
Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Must be able to perform essential functions of the job or request reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to provide friendly customer service
Cash handling skills
Knowledge of rewards programs and credit card enrollments
Familiarity with omni-channel retail processes
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the role
Cross training in custom framing preferred

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including return/go back process and general store recovery
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies
Interact with others respectfully and positively
Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
Other duties as assigned
