Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong basic math skills and familiarity with retail math concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of product demos and upselling techniques is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Process customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Upsell products by effectively communicating features and benefits to customers
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as required
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
