Job Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Magnolia Beach, TX
- Availability to work day shifts (required), and evening or overnight shifts (preferred)
- Willingness to comply with store policies and meet attendance standards
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Basic reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate store equipment related to checkout processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Process transactions including cash, credit, and digital payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other store areas as needed
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
