The Cash Logistics Processor role at Brink's U.S. is essential to the smooth operation of modern commerce. This position is located within branch locations that process and account for cash and valuables being transported globally. Cash Logistics Processors handle critical cash accounting duties that support transactions and cash flows throughout the financial ecosystem. Responsibilities include validating bank deposits, preparing shipments, handling multiple deposit types including checks and ATM-related processing, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols. This role requires a detail-oriented individual committed to accuracy and security.
The environment is casual yet demands a high level of responsibility, as these processors help maintain liquidity across various business channels. Their work ensures that ATMs remain stocked and businesses operate without cash flow interruptions. Employees in this role can expect a blend of physical activities, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside data entry tasks using internal systems. Job Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a cashier or teller
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

- Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Check in all work and cash through window
- Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
- Process check imaging into FIS system
- Balance all individual teller sells
- Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
- Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
- Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
- Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
- Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
