Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
bartending experience preferred but not required
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand and move for extended periods
comfortable working in a busy, outdoor environment
weekend and holiday availability
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
able to follow food safety and GMP guidelines
must wear close-toed shoes and appropriate attire

capable of operating point of sale systems
ability to work on feet for long shifts

Job Duties

craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
deliver excellent customer service with a smile
work independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
engage with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register professionally
clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment at the start or end of shifts
