Job Requirements
- Bartending experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand and move for entire shifts
- Ability to follow dress code including close-toed shoes and appropriate attire
- Adherence to GMP guidelines including hair and nail hygiene
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and love for people
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- Bartending experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes hectic environment
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines for food handling
- Physical stamina to perform standing and moving tasks throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and frozen favorites
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests lounging poolside
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and summer-ready
- Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- Work independently or in a team to prepare and serve beverages
- Operate a point of sale machine or cash register professionally
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment at the start or end of shifts
