This part-time position as a Cart Runner at Festival Foods Green Bay North - University store offers you the opportunity to be a key part of the Guest Services team. The role is scheduled from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and reports directly to the Guest Services Manager. As a Cart Runner, your main responsibility will be to ensure that shopping carts are readily available and safely returned to the store from the parking lot in all weather conditions. You will also be involved in helping guests by performing parcel pick-up services, contributing to a smooth and convenient shopping experience. The position demands reliability, a high degree of attentiveness, and a friendly attitude as you represent Festival Foods in all guest interactions.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 pounds regularly
- Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment
- Flexibility to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to work schedule
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with associates and customers
- Attention to detail including reading, counting, and accurate writing
- Ability to operate necessary equipment efficiently
- Experience or ability to bag products maintaining product integrity
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Create a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and courteous interactions
- Uphold Guest Services expectations and standards
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions
- Perform prompt parcel pick-up to enhance customer convenience
- Share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues
- Support the team with other duties as assigned, including superior customer service initiatives
- Maintain regular, timely attendance and comply with work schedule requirements
