- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and move shopping carts repeatedly
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must pass background check
- ability to follow store rules and safety guidelines
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage
- ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to work in various weather conditions
- basic understanding of safety practices
- physical ability to perform manual tasks
Job Duties
- gather carts from the parking lot
- operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of shopping carts
- ensure a positive attitude in all weather conditions
- assist customers with carts and provide friendly service
- help maintain overall store exterior cleanliness
- report any damaged or unsafe carts
