Job Requirements

Ability to get an airport badge required
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds to waist height
Ability to push and pull 75-100 pounds to move up to 15 carts simultaneously
Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work approximately 24 hours a week
Basic understanding of safety and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

Minimum six months of successful work experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Dependability and punctuality
Ability to adapt to varying work schedules and conditions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Collect loose luggage carts and return them to rental units
Provide customer service to airport passengers
Clean luggage carts, rental units, and cart moving equipment
Ensure carts are available and orderly for passenger use
Follow safety protocols when pushing and pulling carts
Assist with other duties as assigned
Support team members in maintaining operational efficiency
